About The Position

The Warehouse Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and improving warehouse operations and inventory management processes. This role works closely with warehouse staff, supply chain teams, and management to ensure accurate inventory tracking, timely reporting, and data-driven decision-making to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a warehouse, inventory control, or data analysis role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics principles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze inventory levels, material movements, and warehouse performance metrics
• Maintain accurate records of inbound and outbound shipments
• Identify trends, discrepancies, and inefficiencies in warehouse processes
• Develop and generate regular reports for internal stakeholders
• Support implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) or process improvements
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to ensure adherence to inventory control procedures
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation of inventory
• Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory turnover, and space utilization
• Recommend process enhancements to improve inventory accuracy and warehouse efficiency
