About The Position

Position Summary: We are seeking a highly analytical and detail driven Logistics Analyst to join our 3rd Party Warehouse team. This role goes beyond traditional warehouse coordination and will play a critical part in inventory accuracy, reconciliation, issue investigation, and root cause problem solving. This individual will work closely with warehouses, Supply Chain, Finance, and Sales Support to ensure the on-time delivery of our products.

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years in logistics, warehouse customer service, order processing, inventory control, and/or supply chain operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel skills a must (lookups, data cleaning)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize (and reprioritize when necessary) tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Self - motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelors degree preferred

Responsibilities

  • Main point of contact for warehouse
  • Communicate with internal and external parties through phone and email
  • Review, verify, and enter warehouse receiving data from EDI and manual reports.
  • Maintain data accuracy, case counts, and documentation according to SOPs
  • Process bills of lading for accurate billing and lot control / inventory control
  • Coordinate Warehouses transfers
  • Manage documentation and system accuracy for lot transformation, warehouse special projects, repack, labeling, product inspection.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies while developing and instituting corrective actions with Finance department
  • Ensure inventory accuracy by researching inventory discrepancies
  • Improve, automate and simplify warehouse procedures to enhance inventory accuracy and support operational growth
