KSA Integration is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support LP Division task orders at HQMC. You will work alongside senior SMEs and military leadership to provide research, analysis, and program support across Marine Corps?logistics?mission areas.? This Position is Contingent Upon Award Anticipated Start Date: Summer 2026 Support Hours: Applicant shall be available during core work hours as established by the Government customer.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of military or defense logistics experience
  • Familiarity with Marine Corps logistics operations, supply chain, or maintenance management
  • Strong writing and briefing skills — ability to produce polished products for senior audiences
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Experience with DoW financial management systems (DAI) a plus
  • BA/BS required in logistics, business, or related field

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work experience supporting Marine Corps programs.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research and analysis on logistics policy, programs, and initiatives.
  • Prepare briefing materials, reports, and meeting minutes for senior leadership engagements.
  • Support coordination of meetings, conferences, and working groups including ILB, MLB, and OAGs.
  • Maintain SharePoint sites, tracking tools, and program documentation.
  • Assist with data collection, analysis, and reporting for logistics readiness and sustainment metrics.
  • Support audit and compliance activities including financial statement audit preparation.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate policy documents and standard operating procedures.
