What you'll do: · Support operations leaders and teams by monitoring KPI’s and daily workflows, escalate risks · Analyze operational KPIs (productivity, accuracy, cost, throughput) and update dashboards · Conduct root-cause analysis for inventory discrepancies, order variances, service failures, receiving errors, and shrink. · Partner with Inventory Control to identify chronic variance drivers and implement corrective actions. · Perform workflow and labor studies to assess utilization, bottlenecks, and standard performance. · Support branch/customer escalations with updated statuses · Maintain a safe and clean work environment in compliance with OSHA and company policies. · Collaborate with supervisors, managers, transportation, and HR to align on operational goals · Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence

Requirements

3-4+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution operations
Strong understanding of inbound/outbound logistics, receiving/shipping procedures, and order fulfillment
Proficiency with WMS and RF scanning technology
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds as part of a team lift.
High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities
