About The Position

In this position, you will participate in a variety of warehouse and logistics activities within our Diagnostics and Diabetes Care division, including receiving, inventory placement, order picking, packing, and shipping of standard and hazardous goods. You will also process returns, reprogram Inform II glucose meters, perform mail room tasks, conduct cycle counts, and manage inventory consolidation—all while delivering excellent customer service through adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • High school diploma.
  • 3–5 years of distribution center experience, ideally in the medical/pharmaceutical field.
  • Demonstrated autonomy, initiative, professionalism, excellent teamwork, and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to regularly lift loads up to 40 lbs and move pallets up to 800 lbs using a manual pallet jack.
  • Shipping and receiving experience.
  • French proficiency is required.

  • Forklift operator experience.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, sign, and classify all goods, supplies, and associated documentation; validate compliance requirements (temperature, lot numbers, expiration dates) and place products in correct locations using RF scanner and SAP system.
  • Prepare customer orders for packing using an RF scanner while adhering to Roche Diagnostics quality standards, instructions, and procedures, then pack and ship them with complete and accurate documentation and appropriate labeling.
  • Work closely with carriers and planning teams to ensure smooth workflow, and ensure all boxes are correctly identified and ready for transport.
  • Process returns from Diagnostics and Diabetes Care divisions according to established procedures; perform necessary relabeling and rework tasks to meet quality standards.
  • Reprogram Inform II glucose meters in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
  • Fill and prepare cardboard boxes and packing materials (including thermal protection packaging); place packed products on pallets for transport and perform mail room tasks and cycle counts as needed.
  • Consolidate and merge inventory as needed, and support continuous improvement and health and safety initiatives.
