About The Position

The Warehouse Agent is responsible for the oversight of Airport Services as well as developing and maintaining positive client relations. This role involves thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors, provisioning aircraft with supplies, attending to passenger needs, and handling property with care. The agent will also project a positive image and respond courteously to inquiries, while performing other requested duties. A key aspect of this role is the responsibility and duty to take reasonable care of health, safety, and wellbeing, adhering to workplace health and safety rules and procedures. The company is committed to a safe working environment and prohibits the misuse of alcohol and drugs, conducting regular testing to enforce its Substance Misuse Policy.

Requirements

• Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have at least 2 years or more experience in Airport, or Hospitality, or Customer Service roles.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must be able to lift, carry, and/or hold up to 70 lbs
• Must pass pre-employment and random drug test.

• Higher education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Thorough cleaning of aircraft interiors, including turn and overnight aircraft as directed by company and/or client specifications and procedures to include but not limited to the following: vacuum, dust, clean bathrooms, clean galley, fold blankets, change pillowcases, add supplies, clean out garbage, position seatbelts, clean tray tables, clean windows, upholstery exchange and rug exchange.
• Actively participate in the Safety Management System (SMS)
• Provision aircraft as directed with required ship supplies by aircraft type.
• Attend to passengers needs and provide special assistance to passengers as requested.
• Be neat and careful when handling other people's property, especially mobility aids and luggage.
• Project a positive image and respond to inquiries from airlines, staff and public in a courteous manner.
• Perform other duties as requested
