Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of routine warehouse practices and procedures
  • Expertise in both DC and CFS operations.
  • Ability to handle both office work and physical warehouse tasks.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and cost-conscious mindset.
  • Availability for Saturday shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Perform product functions, including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, etc. to meet company quality, safety, security, and productivity standards.
  • Provide comprehensive support for both DC and CFS operations, covering administrative tasks, warehouse duties, and staff training.
  • Handle documentation for Warehouse (277) and Trucking (27N).
  • Picking and packing for key accounts (KLA, Unimatec, etc.).
  • Execute and support CFS TC1 and 1C operations.
  • Train and supervise other temporary staff.
  • Manage daily office coordination for assigned accounts, primarily Abukuma and Unimatec, in accordance with customer requirements and internal procedures.
  • Receive, review, organize, and process inbound, outbound, inventory, and transportation-related documents.
  • Enter and maintain accurate operational data in approved company systems, customer portals, spreadsheets, and controlled logs.
  • Prepare and process assigned TC1 transactions using complete and approved source documentation; investigate or escalate missing and inconsistent information before completion.
  • Coordinate daily priorities with the DC Lead and floor team, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, inventory activity, and special customer instructions.
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal departments regarding order status, shipment status, document needs, inventory questions, and exceptions.
  • Maintain organized electronic and hard-copy records that provide traceability for completed transactions and customer billing support.
  • Identify shortages, overages, damages, inventory differences, documentation gaps, or process delays and report them promptly to the appropriate lead or manager.
  • Provide trained backup coverage for designated DC office functions and, after qualification, selected CFS office functions.
  • Support continuous-improvement activities involving standard work, KPI tracking, cross-training, document control, 5S, and error prevention.
