Requirements

Computer literate
Familiarity with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to communicate effectively
Good writing, analytical problem-solving skills
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum two years clerical or administrative experience

Responsibilities

Review Packing slips for receiving purposes.
Answer phone & emails for department and resolve issues with the Project Managers.
Print labels accordingly & distribute to the appropriate team members for put-away.
Efficiently & effectively resolve any issues that may arise.
All other duties as assigned.
