About The Position

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated Warehouse Administrator / Forklift Operator to join our team. This position combines administrative responsibilities with hands-on warehouse operations, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working both in an office environment and on the warehouse floor. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory tracking, shipping and receiving documentation, reporting, forklift operation, material handling, and supporting daily warehouse activities while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
  • Update and manage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory software.
  • Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and warehouse activities.
  • Prepare bills of lading, shipping labels, and shipping documentation.
  • Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assist with audits, compliance checks, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
  • Load, unload, move, and organize materials throughout the facility.
  • Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
  • Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and OSHA standards.
