About The Position

American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company. We are looking for a warehouse returns specialist in the Groveport, OH area. If you’re looking for a great job with a consistent schedule and weekly pay then you have come to the right place. Under general supervision, the Returns specialist is responsible for inspecting, verifying, inputting, and processing returns. This is a detail oriented position that requires care. We are looking for someone that takes pride in a job well done and is only satisfied if the job it done correctly. The ideal candidate will be someone who: Has a positive attitude and provides courteous, friendly support. Be the front line of support for all things returns. Maintain accurate records. Must be comfortable with Excel, Word, and Outlook email. Provides support for administrative team and ensure efficient dock operations. Provide organization and accurate information for all returns. Accurately receives, sorts, and provides details for returns. Handle all returns and follow up to ensure resolutions, if needed. Maintain a clean organized returns area. Protects company assets and confidential information.

Requirements

  • Reliability is critical
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize duties
  • Must be able to work independently as well as with the dock team when needed
  • Clear communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Customer service skills to ensure good relationships with drivers
  • Must be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

Responsibilities
