About The Position

This Admin Coordinator position works on-site in Otsego, MN. The role involves performing a variety of routine to moderately difficult administrative, office support, and customer service duties to ensure the workflow within an operation. This includes interacting with management, warehouse support staff, warehouse associates, maintenance staff, and associated customers.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 1 - 2 years of clerical, warehouse, dispatch, or related experience.
  • Must be able to commit to Ruan's value statement by acting with integrity in everything we do.

  • Strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to learn to work on various software systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload in a multi-task environment.
  • Ability to accurately enter and audit data.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Must be flexible in work assignments, responsibilities, software programs, and hours and open to change.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies.
  • Providing administrative support to an operation, including answering phones, ordering and maintaining supply inventories and delivery schedules, and tracking software data.
  • Monitoring and providing timely and accurate updates to various software programs for warehouse management systems, maintenance and vendor invoices, and billing, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Providing customer service support for customers, vendors, and operations support staff.
  • Assisting and supporting warehouse responsibilities including task distribution management, reporting, compiling KPI metrics, customer communication, and document filing and retention.
  • Properly using warehouse management systems to ensure all required operational data is accurately captured in a near real-time manner.
  • Performing other job-related duties and special projects as required.
