Requirements

2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or related role.
Effective communication skills across phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
Strong interpersonal skills with a team‑oriented mindset, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), email, and calendar applications.
Skilled in spreadsheets for quick calculations.
Proficiency in administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and data entry.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail.
Knowledge of sales processes, order management, and client relationship maintenance.
Experience preparing accurate quotes, proposals, and sales reports.
Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory and pricing integration.
Experience with inventory management, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution.
Ability to coordinate with vendors and manage purchase orders.
Flexible and adaptable in production settings with strong organizational skills.
Ability to read tape measures and communicate measurements accurately.
