Requirements

Previous warehouse leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable
Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and remain on your feet throughout the shift

Nice To Haves

Forklift and powered industrial equipment experience
RF scanner experience
Building products, HVAC, plumbing, or industrial distribution experience

Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations and ensure products move accurately, safely, and efficiently throughout the facility.
Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, loading, and inventory activities while motivating and developing your team.
Lead and develop a team of 8–10 warehouse associates.
Promote a strong safety culture and ensure operational compliance.
Coach associates to meet and exceed productivity and performance goals.
Ensure accurate and on-time receiving and shipping operations.
Oversee truck loading to ensure orders are shipped damage-free and on schedule.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Support daily operations by operating warehouse equipment when needed.
Conduct equipment inspections and maintain inspection documentation.
Foster teamwork and uphold the Famous Supply culture and values.
