About The Position

The Wardrobe Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining employee uniforms to ensure a professional and consistent appearance across the organization. This role includes issuing and tracking uniforms, coordinating fittings and alterations, maintaining inventory and ensuring garments meet cleanliness and brand standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred.
  • Must be highly skilled in sewing and repairing clothing.
  • Previous experience maintaining a wardrobe or uniform room is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be proficient with using a computer including experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Must have the ability to use uniform management software effectively to run reports and manage inventory.
  • Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, and procedure manuals required.
  • Ability to write standard correspondence necessary.
  • Basic math skills are necessary including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication is necessary.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate PGC Gaming License.

  • Bilingual Spanish skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and tracks approximately 100+ uniform pieces across departments (Slots, Table Games, Food & Beverage, Security, etc.)
  • Supports uniform distribution and maintenance for approximately 100+ team members
  • Independently processes an average of 100+ uniform issuance/exchanges per week
  • Maintains accountability and organization of inventory, reducing delays in employee readiness
  • Coordinates laundry/vendor cycles to ensure consistent uniform availability
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all wardrobe-related needs across the property
  • Supports onboarding by preparing uniforms for new hires weekly, ensuring Day 1 readiness
  • Ensures employees are in proper uniform, supporting brand standards and regulatory compliance
  • Reduces operational delays by maintaining uniform availability across shifts
  • Provides centralized accountability, reducing risk of inventory loss/shrink
  • Contributes to a professional and consistent guest-facing environment
  • Conducts routine audits to minimize loss and ensure accountability
  • Perform basic to intermediate alterations (hemming, taking/out seams, repairs, zipper/button replacement)
  • Conduct fittings for team members and make adjustments as needed
  • Evaluate garments for repair vs. replacement to control costs
  • Maintain sewing equipment and supplies
  • Track turnaround times and ensure availability of clean uniforms (Count department)
  • Resolve issues related to damaged or missing garments
  • Enforce uniform and grooming policies consistently
  • Partner with HR and department leaders to ensure compliance
  • Main records of inventory, alterations, and uniform assignments
  • Track costs related to repairs, replacements, and laundry
  • Provide reporting to HR or Finance as needed
  • Works within all safety standards. Is aware of and monitors for safety hazards or issues and reports to necessary contact for resolution.
