This position assists team members with obtaining properly fitting uniforms assigned for the job and keeps accurate physical inventory of garments and supplies. The role promotes superior guest service and maintains a positive organizational culture. It involves processing team member transactions for uniform assignment, completing counter transaction records, and preparing garments for shipment, inventory, or storage. The Wardrobe Attendant will answer questions regarding wardrobe services, schedule and process fittings, and issue uniforms to new employees or replace worn ones. Accurate documentation of distributed uniforms, goods received, and inventories is essential. The role also includes maintaining inventory and conducting sales from the employee store within the wardrobe department, while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Other duties as assigned.
