About The Position

Responsible for greeting all employees and fitting them in proper uniforms. This role involves ensuring employees are fitted with the correct uniforms, managing documentation related to uniform issuance, performing alterations and repairs to extend uniform life, and assisting with inventory management. The position also requires providing exceptional customer service and potentially performing upholstery tasks.

Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older.
Proficient in English verbal and written.
Flexible to work various shifts, weekends, and holidays.
High School graduate or GED equivalent preferred.
Must have at least one (1) year of experience in a wardrobe or related position which includes knowledge of alterations to clothing.
Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds.
Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds.
Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively.
Safely work with provided cleaning chemical and equipment.
Ascend and descend stairs and maintain equilibrium for an extended period.
Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period.
Ability to work in a smoking and pet-friendly environment.
Ability to hold an Occupational License as required by the Illinois Gaming Board.

Responsibilities

Greet all employees with a positive attitude in a courteous manner.
Fill out proper forms when issuing uniforms to employees, ensuring all forms are signed, dated, and filed correctly.
Conduct fittings on all employees by measuring for a proper fit and labeling every garment.
Hem and alter uniforms after fittings are completed.
Mend all issued uniforms as needed to extend their lifespan.
Count incoming stock garments and compare them to the invoice for proper billing.
Place all incoming stock in the proper place for distribution.
Assist Wardrobe Manager in inventory count at the end of each year.
Assure exceptional customer service to all patrons by communicating in a pleasant, friendly, and professional manner.
Responsible for all upholstering on property.
