About The Position

The Wardrobe Attendant ensures all team members present a professional image by managing the receiving, fitting, distribution, and daily tracking of uniforms. This role is also responsible for maintaining accurate inventory, overseeing garment care, and keeping the wardrobe area clean and organized.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
• Ability to operate all equipment.
• Ability to work under time constraints.
• Must be familiar with all aspects of sewing and sewing machine use.
• Knowledge of materials and ability to make uniforms from patterns.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with Team members and guests.
• Ability to be a TEAM player.
• Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
• Ability to interact with others while maintaining a courteous and positive demeanor.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and days of the week including weekends and holidays.

• Prior experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all internal guests (team members) are treated in a prompt, professional, and courteous manner.
• Exchange clean uniforms for dirty ones as needed.
• Receive uniforms from terminated team members and issue appropriate receipts.
• Take precise measurements to ensure proper fit for team member uniforms.
• Operate sewing machines and perform hand-stitching to complete necessary alterations and garment repairs.
• Ability to use and learn to use a CNC engraver machine.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the wardrobe area at all times.
• Assist in maintaining office functions, including filing, data entry, and recording data for inventory management.
• All other duties as assigned.
