About The Position

This role involves the daily treatment and cleaning of park uniforms and show costumes. Responsibilities include washing, drying, pressing, hanging, and transporting costumes. The attendant will also assist with fitting new associates, packaging uniforms, and maintaining associated documentation. Additionally, the role includes assisting with the cleaning and distribution of show costumes and minor props. The position requires availability for late-night shifts during special events, potentially ending as late as 3:00 am, and full availability from Thursday to Sunday.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid CA Driver’s License
• Must be fully available Thursday – Sunday
• Constantly standing, talking, climbing walking, reaching, using finger movement, grasping, feeling, speaking clearly, hearing conversation, using hearing acuity, seeing near far, stooping, bending, kneeling
• Working in extreme heat, sun, cold, wetness, humidity and temperature change
• All lifts over 51 lbs. require help from a coworker or mechanical device
• Working with noises above 89 decibels

Responsibilities

• Daily treating and cleaning of park uniforms and show costumes including washing, drying, and pressing
• Hanging and transporting costumes
• Assisting with the fitting of new Associates and packaging of uniform, as well as the documentation that that task includes
• Assisting in the cleaning and distribution of show costumes and minor props
• Working late night shifts during special events that may end as late as 3:00 am
