The Wardrobe Attendant is responsible for fitting, altering, maintaining, and issuing team member uniforms while providing excellent internal guest service. This role involves fitting new team members for uniforms, ensuring proper sizing and appearance, and maintaining team member uniform records within the department’s computer system. The attendant will also be responsible for labeling garments, assigning them, and inputting identification numbers into the tracking system. Additionally, they will perform uniform alterations and repairs, conduct physical inventory counts, and file/maintain required paperwork. Providing input to management regarding uniform inventory needs and reorder quantities, offering counter service to team members, and processing paperwork related to the sale of slip-resistant shoes and uniforms are also key duties.
