About The Position

Under the direction of the Wardrobe Manager, the incumbent is responsible for issuing uniforms to all the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s uniform departments. This role involves managing uniform inventory, performing alterations and repairs, and ensuring accurate documentation for financial control. The position operates within a fast-paced casino environment and requires interaction with various departments and employees.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year or more of previous customer service experience
  • One (1) year or more of data entry experience
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.
  • Must be able to obtain gaming licensure by completing a background check with Seminole Gaming Compliance and Regulations, prior to an offer being extended.

Responsibilities

  • Issues uniforms to all the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s uniformed departments under established operating policies and procedures.
  • Generates accurate documents for financial control of uniform inventory for issues, sales and returns of garments.
  • Generates and applies computerized inventory labels to uniforms.
  • Performs physical inventories in multiple locations.
  • Performs receiving function for all incoming shipments of uniforms; generates receiving documentation for financial control.
  • Performs quality assurance inspections on all new stock upon receipt; issues notification to department management if stock does not meet specifications and standards.
  • Monitors on-site stock levels; communicates stock levels to management, receives stock from off-site warehouse and performs restocking functions by transporting stock between on-site locations by use of hand truck.
  • Prepares garments for laundry using appropriate guidelines and specifications.
  • Operates coat conveyors and garment bag systems.
  • Size and fit all uniformed employees.
  • Alter and repair all uniforms.
  • Take care of guest requests for alterations.
  • Repair any linen for Rooms and Food & Beverage Department.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
