About The Position

Southwest Multi-County Correction Center is currently taking applications for the position of DWCRC Warden. The DWCRC Warden will manage daily oversight of the Dakota Women’s Correctional Rehab Center located in New England, ND, including the safety and security of staff, residents and facility as well as compliance with laws and regulations. They will also develop and implement programs to improve correctional services and resident welfare. Other duties may be assigned by the SWMCCC Board of Directors as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and/or seven years of experience in an adult correctional setting
• Five years of experience in a supervisory capacity within an adult correctional setting

Responsibilities

• Manage daily oversight of the Dakota Women’s Correctional Rehab Center
• Ensure the safety and security of staff, residents and facility
• Ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop and implement programs to improve correctional services and resident welfare
• Perform other duties as assigned by the SWMCCC Board of Directors
