About The Position

Saint Joseph's Medical Center is seeking a Per Diem Ward Clerk for our Ambulatory Surgery Department. The clerk is responsible for communicating with doctor offices, admission office, control desk, endoscopy unit, and ambulatory unit to produce an accurate OR schedule daily. Answers telephone, records and delivers messages, and responds to patients, physicians, and co-workers courteously. The role involves accurately taking bookings and monitoring patient flow.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Required.
