The Walk-In Crisis Worker provides in-person and phone-based assessment, intervention, and support for individuals experiencing psychiatric emergencies, including adults, children, and adolescents. As part of a multidisciplinary crisis team, this role conducts evaluations, coordinates care, engages support systems, and connects clients with appropriate community resources. This full-time position requires the ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced environments, maintain safety protocols, complete clinical documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external resources. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally are required.
