We are seeking Waitstaff who have exceptional customer service and can multi-task in a fast-paced working environment. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction, while providing exceptional customer service. At Global Partners, business starts with people. Requirements

  • Applicants must be at least 18 years old.
  • High School Diploma

Responsibilities

  • Prepare tables for new customers, change tablecloths and ensure clean utensils and napkins are available.
  • Greet all customers coming to restaurants, present menu to customers and administer orders for all.
  • Maintain knowledge on available items on menu and side dishes and ensure optimal level of services to customers.
  • Assist customers to select appropriate side dishes and drinks and communicate any special requirement to kitchen.
  • Ensure appropriate record of all customers order to ensure no discrepancies in billing.
  • Provide assistance to customers and ensure optimal level of satisfaction in restaurant.
  • Develop and maintain friendly relationship with regular patrons of restaurant.
  • Manage customer queries and ensure appropriate resolution of all customer questions.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff and customers while ensuring timely delivery of all services.
  • Establish and maintain a complete course of order to customers including salad, drinks and main course.
  • Assist customers to select extra replenishment after meal.
  • Manage customers after meal and assist in arranging table and dining counter.
  • Ensure all state health compliances are followed.
  • Monitor everyday activities and perform cleaning, as needed, on an everyday basis.
  • Proficient in greeting customers in a friendly, helpful manner as one of the first contacts in the dining room.
  • Willing to familiarize yourself with a menu that serves some of the best cooked comfort food in the USA!
  • Able to handle a variety of tasks at one time.
  • Must be energetic and reliable.
