About The Position

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for full time and part time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at Fellowship Community. This role involves greeting guests, taking food and beverage orders, delivering items efficiently, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. No prior experience is necessary as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders efficiently.
Deliver food promptly and professionally, adhering to safe food handling and sanitation standards.
Follow up with guests to assist with any additional needs or requests.
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients.
Advise guests on food and drink combinations and accommodate reasonable requests.
Communicate effectively with back-of-the-house staff to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests.
Collect tickets and follow proper cash-handling procedures.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
Ensure the dining room is properly set up and maintained according to sanitation standards.
Operate various equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, beverage machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
Collaborate with staff from other departments for special events and functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
