Unidine is hiring immediately for part-time WAITER/WAITRESS positions at Amira Choice Bloomington. This role involves taking food and beverage orders and efficiently delivering items to dining room guests. Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and take food and beverage orders efficiently, following established steps of service.
Deliver food promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
Follow up with guests to assist with any additional needs or requests.
Demonstrate complete understanding of menu items and ingredients, advising guests and accommodating reasonable requests.
Communicate directly with back-of-the-house staff to ensure correct order delivery and accommodation of special requests.
Handle cash-handling procedures and collect tickets.
Promote a clean, safe, and neat environment for guests.
Maintain sensitivity and confidentiality regarding personal or medical information.
Address complaints or issues promptly and relay relevant information to a supervisor.
Ensure the dining room is properly set up and clean before and after service periods, meeting sanitation standards.
Operate various equipment, including fire extinguishers, telephones, iced tea/soda machines, soup wells, and coffee machines.
Collaborate with staff from other departments for special events and functions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
