Full-time Wait Staff
About The Position
Under general direction, performs wait/utility staff functions; receives and interprets diet orders and ensures correct food selections are offered and served to residents. Responsible for the prompt, friendly, and helpful service of foods/food products to all customers. Accountable for cleaning activities. Demonstrates a commitment to professional accountability and growth to maintain and expand knowledge and skills. Contributes to the achievement of the mission and philosophy of the Organization. Contributes to the effective operations of the Organization by demonstrating dependability in job performance. Exhibits the F.I.R.S.T. values (Friendliness, Innovation, Respect, Service, and Trust).
Requirements
- Must possess sanitary work habits.
- Must possess good customer service skills.
- Must possess good communication skills.
- Safe use of chemicals.
- Ability to adjust to a moderate pace of work with time deadlines.
- Ability to move or position up to 25-50 lbs. independently.
Nice To Haves
- One (1) year food services experience preferred.
