The Server/Wait Staff will assist in the preparation, service, and delivery of meals and snacks, ensuring adherence to food safety and control procedures. Responsibilities include daily cleaning duties, dishwashing, setting dining areas, distributing meals according to dietary preferences, and proper storage of food. The role also involves assisting the Dietary Manager and/or Dietitian, processing diet changes, reviewing menus, ensuring tray accuracy, standardizing work methods, maintaining and filing menus, completing necessary forms, assisting with inventory, and participating in training and departmental projects. Developing good working relationships with all personnel is essential for proper food service maintenance.
