Requirements

• Ability to work with older adults in a respectful, caring manner.
• Reliability and willingness to take on a variety of dining service tasks.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
• Flexibility to assist with different roles (serving, bussing, bartending, hosting, dishwashing) as needed.

Responsibilities

• Providing warm, professional table service for residents and guests, including food and beverages.
• Setting up, serving, and breaking down dining rooms and special events.
• Performing opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Bussing tables, food running, bartending, or hosting when needed.
• Following sanitation, safety, and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe and organized dining area.
• Assisting residents with seating, reservations, and point-of-sale transactions when covering hostess duties.
• Communicating concerns promptly to supervisors and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations.
