We are urgently hiring Work-at-Home (WAH) Call Center Agents to join our remote customer support team. Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide timely and accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with professionalism.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Meet daily performance metrics and call handling targets.
