About The Position

The Wage Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing functional, day-to-day maintenance support and surveillance of assigned Maintenance equipment. This role requires achieving an effective working knowledge of safe work practices, both general operating unit safe work practices and assigned equipment specific safe work practices. The technician will conduct maintenance activities adhering to preventative maintenance and equipment strategy requirements, lead work activities involved with troubleshooting and/or repairing equipment in their assigned work area, and complete all assigned training requirements.

Requirements

  • Must complete pre-employment testing.
  • Must complete the revised assessments by Sunday May 17, 2026.
  • Assessment results are valid for 365 days from the original date of completion and apply to all job postings which require this pre-employment assessment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop thorough working knowledge of assigned Maintenance equipment, operating limits, and under-lying equipment strategies.
  • Obtain certifications as may be required to support specific equipment, or OEM warranty provisions, etc.
  • Develop thorough working knowledge of and demonstrate strict adherence to safe work practices.
  • Comply with operating unit safe work standards; Energy Isolation, Management of Change, Procedure compliance, etc.
  • Conduct assigned maintenance responsibilities adhering to PM and general equipment strategy requirements.
  • Support in developing and/or executing maintenance plans to isolate equipment for maintenance or return to service.
  • Monitor equipment, look for unusual conditions or measurements, support optimization and trouble-shooting activities.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements associated with equipment performance, emissions, etc.
