About The Position
onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Wafer Fab Operator to join the Manufacturing Operations Team. The role of the Manufacturing Specialist is primarily to load wafers into production equipment, verify product specs against equipment settings, monitor equipment operation, monitor process pace/productivity, and recognize when something is out of adjustment.

Benefits
- Sign-on bonus: $1,500 (paid in 4 quarterly payments of $375 each, subject to applicable taxes and payroll deductions. First payment within 30 days of joining, quarterly thereafter for 3 additional payments. Must be an active employee to receive awards. Awards received do not need to be repaid.)
