REDLattice is seeking a highly skilled Vulnerability Researcher to join our team and support highly technical research and engineering efforts across hardware, software, and operating systems. In this role, you�ll dig beneath the surface of complex systems to understand how they function, how their code is structured, and how they�re designed. Your research and analysis will directly support the discovery and development of initial access capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor�s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in computer science, information systems, network engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of programming experience with one or more languages including Assembly, C, C#, C++, Perl, or Python.
Minimum of 2 years of hardware and/or software reverse-engineering experience.
Strong technical curiosity and the ability to analyze unfamiliar systems at a low level.
Active TS/SCI Clearance with Poly within 5 years.

Responsibilities

Conduct vulnerability research across hardware components, software applications, and operating systems.
Analyze software and systems to determine functionality, code structure, architecture, and overall system design.
Perform hardware and/or software reverse engineering to identify vulnerabilities and potential attack surfaces.
Apply low-level programming and reverse-engineering techniques to understand complex system behavior.
Collaborate with engineers and researchers to translate technical findings into actionable capabilities.
Document research, findings, and technical analysis throughout the development lifecycle.
