This field-based role is responsible for providing information through formal presentations to Physicians and Administration customers, detailing the clinical and/or financial benefits of company devices. The Account Manager will evaluate new products and enhancements, providing feedback to Product Development and Marketing. They will work with customers to introduce, promote, and increase product usage, and assist with collecting and disseminating customer feedback. The role involves representing the company at trade shows and educational meetings, providing product support and education, and continuously increasing knowledge of market developments and company products to act as a subject matter expert. Additionally, the Account Manager will develop and disseminate information to internal executives and staff regarding customer acceptance of company technology and products during the pre-sale and evaluation process.
