This field-based role involves providing clinical demonstrations and instruction for the use of company products in various healthcare settings. The goal is to gain or increase acceptance of the company's products and technology through formal educational sessions, small-group presentations, and individual interactions within patient-care areas. The position requires working with customers to introduce, promote, and increase product usage, as well as collecting and disseminating customer feedback. The Account Manager will also represent the company at trade shows and educational meetings, acting as a subject matter expert on company products and market developments. Additionally, they will develop and share information with internal executives and staff regarding customer acceptance of the company's technology and products.
