Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience designing or supporting VTC/AV systems, including in classified environments.
  • Working knowledge of VTC codecs, AV control systems, and related collaboration technologies.
  • TS/SCI clearance with SAP eligibility is required for this position.
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
  • LMI will only consider applicants with current security clearances.
  • Only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CTS, CTS-D, CTS-I).
  • Demonstrated experience leading or supporting large, geographically dispersed teams.
  • Experience supporting Special Access Program (SAP) facilities, systems, or environments.
  • Familiarity with multi-tier enterprise conference room standardization and design of classified and unclassified AV room configurations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, install, configure, and maintain VTC and AV systems across facility locations.
  • Troubleshoot VTC/AV connectivity, performance, and integration issues.
  • Coordinate with network and facility teams to ensure systems meet security and interoperability requirements.
  • Support scheduling, testing, and live operation of VTC/AV systems for meetings and events.
  • Maintain equipment inventories, documentation, and maintenance schedules.
  • Support operations center AV integration, including NOC/SOC display systems and 24x7 monitoring environment requirements.
