The Vice President, Wholesale will be responsible for driving profitable growth while protecting and elevating Moncler’s brand positioning across all wholesale environments. This role will lead a high-performing organization focused on account development, brand visibility, operational excellence, and elevated client experience across department stores, specialty retail partners, marketplaces, and strategic wholesale collaborations across on-line and off-line channels. This individual will serve as a member of the Americas executive leadership team and as a key cross-functional leader within the organization, partnering closely with Retail, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Visual Merchandising, CRM, Finance, Logistics, and Global HQ teams to ensure strong alignment between brand strategy and commercial execution. The ideal candidate combines strategic vision with strong operational leadership, possesses deep expertise within the luxury wholesale landscape, and demonstrates the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, negotiate effectively, and scale a high-performing organization within a fast-paced luxury environment.
