Responsibilities

• Inspire, coach, and develop a talented team of underwriters.
• Create a culture centered on accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and exceptional service.
• Personally underwrite and approve residential mortgage loans while maintaining your own active pipeline.
• Handle sophisticated transactions including jumbo and complex lending scenarios.
• Monitor workflow, service levels, and productivity.
