In this newly created role, you’ll lead a high-performing team focused on expanding treasury services, deepening business member relationships, and driving deposit growth. You’ll play a key role in shaping sales strategy, supporting complex client solutions, and partnering across teams to deliver innovative cash management and treasury offerings that help businesses succeed. Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Five (5) years treasury management, cash management, business banking, commercial banking, or related financial services experience
Prior team leadership, supervision, or management experience
Must be bondable upon hire
Valid Driver’s License and insured vehicle upon hire
Deep knowledge of treasury management products, business deposit strategies, onboarding practices, pricing, fraud mitigation tools, and compliance considerations to support business clients effectively.
Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop teams by setting clear expectations, fostering accountability, building trust, and promoting a high-performance culture.
Advanced skills in supporting treasury sales, strengthening client relationships, driving deposit growth, and collaborating across business lines to deliver integrated solutions.
Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage pipelines, monitor portfolio performance, improve processes, and ensure high-quality execution and consistency.
Clear, professional communication across all levels, combined with adaptability to new technologies and proficiency with digital tools and Microsoft Office products.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation

Responsibilities

Providing leadership, strategic direction, and day-to-day management for Royal Credit Union's Treasury Management function.
Team leadership, treasury sales execution, business deposit growth support, onboarding and implementation effectiveness, portfolio management discipline, product alignment, and cross-functional coordination.
Ensuring Treasury Management supports Royal's Core Purpose and Values while helping grow and retain business relationships through effective cash management, fraud mitigation, and deposit solutions.
