About The Position

Ames National Corporation (ANC), a multi-bank holding company, is seeking a VP Treasury Management Sales & Product Manager to lead the development and growth of a Treasury Management program across our family of community banks. This role involves shaping and growing treasury management services, collaborating with senior leaders and commercial banking teams, influencing product strategy, sales growth, and customer experience, building a treasury management team and platform, and making a measurable impact on deposits, revenue, and customer relationships. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 7 years of treasury management experience within a community banking environment.

Responsibilities

Drive treasury management deposit growth and fee income across ANC affiliate banks.
Partner with bankers to develop and execute market-specific business development strategies.
Serve as a trusted advisor during customer and prospect calls, helping businesses identify treasury management solutions that meet their needs.
Lead treasury management sales initiatives and support relationship-building efforts with customers, prospects, and referral sources.
Research, evaluate, and expand treasury management products and services to ensure a competitive and comprehensive offering.
Continuously assess and enhance the treasury management program to align with customer needs and industry trends.
Develop plans to build and expand the treasury management team as the program grows.
Work with leadership to establish and maintain appropriate risk management and approval processes.
Lead the development of customer proposals, treasury analyses, and RFP responses.
Coordinate customer onboarding, training, and product demonstrations.
Prepare performance reporting related to treasury management sales, profitability, and program growth.
Represent ANC within local communities and professional organizations.
