About The Position

This role is a strategic partnership with the CEO, focusing on scaling the company through data-driven analysis and operational excellence. The VP will own strategy, revenue operations, act as Chief of Staff to the CEO, manage board operations, and oversee company systems and processes across HR, IT, Legal, and FP&A. Success in this role means providing the CEO with a strategic partner, establishing a reliable source of truth for business operations, ensuring leadership alignment, and managing company systems efficiently to facilitate strategic deals.

Requirements

• A strategy background.
• 8 to 12+ years of experience across strategy, operations, BizOps, or chief of staff roles.
• Experience in an early-stage company where you owned functions.
• Analytical horsepower with operator judgment: fluent in building revenue models, budgets, customer contracts, and pricing.
• Revenue operations experience: experience building or running the GTM engine, including CRM and revenue systems, sales and customer success process, pipeline and forecasting, and renewal motions.
• Board-level participation: experience preparing board materials and handling board processes with polish and discretion.
• Executive-level presence: ability to handle compensation, legal matters, and the CEO's office, and be measured on plan delivery.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO on scaling strategies, building analysis and dashboards for leadership decisions on growth, pricing, and resource allocation.
• Own end-to-end revenue operations across new business and renewals, unifying processes, systems, data, and planning for sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Manage pipeline and forecasting to drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.
• Act as Chief of Staff to the CEO, running the leadership and company operational cadence, including meetings, priorities, and follow-through.
• Manage board meetings and processes end-to-end: scheduling, materials, minutes, consents, and administration, working with outside counsel and accounting partners.
• Own the operational backbone across HR, IT, Legal, and FP&A, orchestrating external partners and ensuring single-point ownership, judgment, and follow-through for these functions.
