This is a rare opportunity to lead a high-visibility function from day one and to shape the stories, systems, and strategy that power ANDMORE’s future. ANDMORE is seeking an enterprising Vice President, Strategic Communications to build and lead a modern PR and communications function from the ground up. Reporting to the SVP, Brand Marketing (with dotted-line access to the CMO & CHRO), this leader will oversee corporate, internal, and brand PR, reimagining how ANDMORE shows up in the world and how communications delivers value for the business. You’ll join at a moment of real momentum with a newly approved team structure, an executive leadership team that understands the power of communications, and high-impact partners in place. The opportunity ahead is equal parts build and lead: developing the foundational systems (calendar planning, narrative architecture, spokesperson strategy, etc.) while also assembling and enabling a high-performing team and partner bench. This leader will be accountable for delivering against the function’s newly defined ambition: “To build visibility, trust, and relevance with every message, every market, and every moment.” Success in this role requires both strategic rigor and creative thinking, someone who can serve as a thought partner to the CEO, CMO, and CHRO in shaping distinctive, business-relevant communications, while also delivering operational clarity and strong outcomes across the function.

Requirements

  • 12-17 years of progressive experience across corporate and internal communications, with exposure to brand/consumer PR and/or integrated marketing.
  • A system-minded builder, excited to stand up foundational tools and processes, but able to flex as the organization grows.
  • A creative, problem-solver who thrives on partnership and can work hand-in-hand with senior leaders to develop compelling, business-aligned communications.
  • Proven experience managing high-performing teams and leading agency partners.
  • Comfortable navigating holding company stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Outcome-oriented, you know how to tie communications to visibility, trust, relevance, and strategic business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Architect a future-fit PR and Communications function that brings clarity, visibility, and relevance to how ANDMORE communicates across audiences and channels.
  • Set and steward a distinctive voice across corporate, internal, and brand comms respecting vertical nuance while anchoring in enterprise goals.
  • Serve as a strategic partner to the CEO, CMO, CFO, CHRO and broader ELT, helping translate business priorities into communications impact.
  • Build the operating foundations for a high-performing, agile communications function including integrated planning, narrative development, message architecture, media relations strategy, and spokesperson visibility.
  • Working cross functionally with a multidisciplinary team with oversight across internal communications, executive visibility, and brand PR (trade and consumer).
  • Manage and align external partners by specialty including financial PR, IR readiness, trade/consumer PR, and influencer relations.
  • Oversee development of ANDMORE’s corporate narrative, company message house, and thought leadership strategy.
  • Lead proactive media relations across corporate, trade, business, and consumer channels in partnership with internal leads and agency partners.
  • Manage internal communications planning and delivery, in close collaboration with the People Team and ELT.
  • Drive executive visibility from event speaking opportunities and social presence to company-wide moments and CEO/CFO comms.
  • Drive brand PR strategy and execution elevating market moments, exhibitor stories, and key launches through integrated consumer and trade media campaigns.
  • Develop and operationalize issues/crisis protocols and stakeholder response.
  • Ensure the function is delivering measurable impact across visibility, trust, and relevance with regular reporting to senior leadership.
