The Vice President of SMB Sales at Salesforce leads the Small, Medium, and Growth Business sales organization.

Requirements

8+ years of software/application sales experience, including proven executive leadership in commercial or SMB sales.
Deep understanding of modern growth disciplines, including demand generation, funnel optimization, and customer acquisition economics
Ability to build data-driven operating models with strong ROI and KPI management
A strong point of view on how AI and autonomous agents reshape customer journeys and go-to-market models.
Relevant degree or equivalent professional leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Set and execute aggressive sales strategies to capture the high-velocity, small-and-medium business market.
Lead a growing sales organization, overseeing Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and Account Executives (AEs).
Build a world-class operating cadence by managing sales forecasting, pipeline efficiency, and go-to-market performance metrics.
Partner directly with Salesforce Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to refine product-led growth (PLG) initiatives and integrate AI-driven sales tools.
Cultivate relationships with C-suite executives and steer complex deal transactions.
