The Vice President (VP), Project Manager is a strategic leader within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), responsible for driving the successful execution of complex, cross-functional, and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives. This role leads project teams, influences organizational change, and ensures alignment with enterprise goals, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations. The VP, Project Manager is accountable for delivering business outcomes, optimizing project delivery, and mentoring project management talent. This position requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and communication skills, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving in a dynamic financial services environment. The VP, Project Manager serves as a trusted advisor to executive sponsors and senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations to drive business value. The role also champions continuous improvement, innovation, and the advancement of project management practices across the organization. Performs all duties in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures, all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations, wherein the Company operates.
