About The Position

Trader Interactive is seeking a Vice President, Product Marketplaces to provide strategic leadership and vision for our marketplace platform and the talented product management teams driving its success. In this role, you’ll ensure our product organization remains deeply connected to users and customers, informed by data and insights, and focused on outcomes that drive both customer and business value. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you’ll strengthen and scale our established product operating model by fostering cross-functional alignment, accelerating learning, optimizing execution across our marketplace ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product management with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a marketplace or platform environment.
  • Proven experience leading multi-domain product portfolios within digital marketplaces, classifieds, or eCommerce environments.
  • Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success driving product-led growth, monetization, and GTM alignment.
  • Deep expertise in modern product practices, discovery, experimentation, and outcome-based delivery.
  • Exceptional executive communication and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities with fluency in data-informed decision-making.

  • Mobile-first, personalization and SEO-driven growth experience
  • Familiarity with modern Product Operating Models

Responsibilities

  • Develop and communicate a multi-year product roadmap that aligns with the company’s long-term growth objectives.
  • Identify emerging market trends and competitive threats to position the marketplace as a leader in the industry.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
  • Represent the product function at the executive level, articulating product vision, performance metrics and business impact to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of innovative features and high-impact revenue products that solve complex marketplace challenges.
  • Conduct select customer, partner and industry engagements to fuel discovery, leveraging data insights to sharpen product strategy.
  • Collaborate with Marketing & Go To Market teams to define product positioning, messaging and launch strategies that drive adoption and revenue growth.
  • Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen and scale our product operating model to ensure teams are empowered, outcome-driven and aligned around business and customer impact
  • Establish clear KPIs and metrics for success, ensuring the team is focused on delivering measurable value.
  • Refine product development processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and timely delivery of complex initiatives.
  • Oversee organizational design, talent development, and succession planning within the Product Marketplace team
