Position Summary: The VP, Product Delivery & Growth is accountable for accelerating product‑led growth for the AI in Skilled Nursing product segment by working backwards from the market to drive adoption, early wins, and scalable go‑to‑market motions. This role serves as the executive owner for market activation, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Go‑To‑Market leaders to validate value, shape product direction, and enable Sales to scale proven offerings. Acting as a market-facing leader, this role engages directly with strategic customers and industry stakeholders to influence adoption, build credibility, and drive sustained growth outcomes across the portfolio.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles across product, growth, strategy, or adoption within related industries (e.g., HealthTech, SaaS, Senior Living, etc).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
  • Demonstrated success scaling B2B SaaS products from post‑launch through sustained market adoption and revenue growth, including establishing repeatable go‑to‑market motions.
  • Experience leading AI‑enabled or data‑driven products relevant to the assigned portfolio.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success in complex, matrixed environments.
  • Proven experience engaging directly with enterprise customers to validate value, guide adoption, and inform product strategy and roadmap decisions.
  • Expertise in data‑driven decision‑making, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative insights to prioritize opportunities and manage trade‑offs.
  • Experience leading portfolio‑level transformations, including operating model shifts, go‑to‑market strategy evolution, or scale optimization initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Drive product-led growth for the assigned segment by establishing early wins, accelerating customer adoption, and developing repeatable go‑to‑market motions that enable Sales teams to confidently and consistently sell validated solutions.
  • Define validation priorities and early‑adopter strategies; partner with Forward Deployed Engineering to prove value with strategic customers and generate actionable insights to inform product readiness and scale decisions.
  • Lead and align cross‑functional go‑to‑market teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services; establish clear plays, messaging, and enablement frameworks to reduce friction and ensure field readiness.
  • Influence product roadmap and investment decisions by synthesizing customer feedback, market signals, and adoption data gathered through direct engagement with enterprise customers and stakeholders.
  • Build, lead, and develop high‑performing teams through strategic hiring, coaching, and performance management; foster a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement.
