About The Position

The Platform Team accelerates growth of the ShareThis Audience business by creating new and growing existing strategic AdTech partnerships. We are a small and mighty team looking for a driven and energetic leader to help scale our data business via partnerships. You will be in a collaborative and pivotal position that is focused on identifying, connecting, and growing revenue opportunities with a thoughtful, creative, technical, and innovative approach. Requirements

• 15+ years of experience selling Data Products or Solutions and Programmatic Media.
• Proven leadership experience, successfully running a team of quota carrying partnership managers.
• History of strong strategic selling and rapport-building with client organizations at the C-Level and across related technical and business constituents.
• Ability to identify client needs and win internal support for them is a must.
• Able to effectively prospect, qualify, and solution sell to the right decision makers.
• A senior level presence with the ability to inspire trust and represent ShareThis with senior execs at top tier AdTech, MarTech, Agency and Brand clients.
• Must be a self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, presentation skills, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent presentation skills with the ability to succinctly present ShareThis Segments to large groups, tactical account groups and C-Level Executives.

Responsibilities

• Build and own C-Level relationships with key stakeholders to drive initiatives and priorities.
• Develop new revenue generating platform partnerships and solutions across DSPs, DMPs, SSPs, Social, & CTV.
• Ability to drive an Enterprise-Sales process simultaneously across an organization's key constituents which will include: Product Leads, Data Scientists, Engineering and Business Leads.
• In-depth and thorough understanding of the entire AdTech and MarTech ecosystem, especially Programmatic and Data-flows with the ability to articulate complex and detailed implementation options with the above constituents.
• Aggressively prospect, qualify and close deals; have the ability to structure complex deal negotiations that maximize customer value while driving measurable revenue for ShareThis.
• Become a thought-leader in the space with the ability to articulate client and industry needs or trends back to ShareThis’ Technical organization for development purposes.
• Keep current with industry trends that are relevant to Data-Driven and Programmatic Advertising.
