About The Position

As Vice President, People Business Partner, you will advise senior leaders on talent, leadership, culture, organizational effectiveness, and workforce strategy. You will help executives solve business challenges, strengthen leadership capability, and prepare teams for AI, automation, and new ways of working. In partnership with recruiting, compensation, learning, communications, workforce analytics, and employee experience, you will turn strategy into action.

Requirements

Experience influencing senior leaders, coaching leaders, and solving complex business challenges.
Proven success leading change, improving team effectiveness, and driving organizational outcomes.
Strong business acumen, executive presence, analytical capability, and practical execution skills.
Curiosity about AI, automation, and the future of work, with a collaborative approach and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

Shape Business Outcomes Through People: Partner with senior leaders to accelerate performance and align talent and organizational strategies to business priorities. Anticipate workforce needs and use data, insight, and judgment to guide decisions.
Lead Workforce Transformation: Help leaders redesign work and navigate change driven by AI, automation, and evolving business needs. Build readiness for technology-enabled transformation and champion solutions that improve productivity, employee experience, and business outcomes.
Develop Great Leaders and Teams: Coach and challenge leaders, strengthen succession readiness, and improve team effectiveness. Foster accountability, learning, growth, and continuous improvement while developing talent within your own team.
Lead Beyond Your Function: Partner across the People organization to deliver integrated solutions, align stakeholders, and advance enterprise priorities. Help create a workplace where people can do their best work and feel they belong.
