The Vice President, Partnership Sales at Bay FC is a senior commercial leader responsible for building, scaling, and leading a high-performing sponsorship sales organization within a fast-paced, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. This role owns the vision, strategy, and execution of integrated partnership revenue across regional, national, and global brands, with a mandate to position the club as an industry-leading premier franchise within the NWSL and broader sports and entertainment industries. This leader will operate as a growth catalyst and cultural leader functioning like a player-coach—setting strategy while remaining actively involved in deal development, partner relationships, creative solutioning, and closing high-value sponsorships.
