About The Position

VP Sales/ North America Singular is a marketing intelligence platform that unifies marketing analytics, giving marketers actionable insights from previously siloed data. By connecting upper funnel marketing data with lower-funnel attribution data, marketers can measure ROI from every touchpoint across multiple channels and optimize spend down to the most granular levels. Singular currently tracks over $10 billion in digital marketing spend to revenue and lifetime value across industries including commerce, travel, gaming, entertainment, media, and on-demand services. Singular customers include companies like Lyft, Yelp, Airbnb, LinkedIn, Symantec, Zynga, Match, and Twitter. The Role Managing and developing the North America Sales organization, from nurturing and coaching a world class team, to closing complex, enterprise transactions. This is a unique opportunity to have a meaningful impact in our GTM strategy. We are looking for a proven sales leader with experience in martech, multi platform SaaS sales and media industries. This role is highly strategic, focused on the largest and most innovative clients across key verticals including Gaming, Commerce, Travel and Lifestyle. You will report to our global CRO and be the dominant driver of revenue growth, and be on the front lines evangelizing our platform to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in executive leadership in Enterprise SaaS sales organizations selling into digital marketing teams.
  • Strong rolodex within key performance marketing verticals, including but not limited to, Gaming, Commerce, Travel, Lifestyle and Agencies.
  • Intimate understanding of mobile marketing ecosystem and the companies in this space including but not limited to ad tracking, analytics, marketing automation, ad networks, DSPs, FMPs, agencies, monetization platforms, SDKs, etc.
  • Experience working for companies in the martech/adtech ecosystem
  • Experience selling SaaS based products/technologies.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting/exceeding revenue targets, with a demonstrated success at maintaining strong & long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, develop and retain an overachiveing North America sales organization
  • Coach and mentor the entire sales cycle from client prospecting, conducting meetings, product demos to deal negotiation and customer hand-off to Customer Success.
  • Develop strategies to proactively develop lead-generation plan and establish best practices on lead conversion with Sales Development team.
  • Advise and strategize a consultative selling process
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Create a collaborative interaction with stakeholder functions in Customer Success, Marketing and Product team
  • Attend key industry events and trade shows and actively represent Singular’s brand presence.
  • Forge trusting relationships with both internal and external partners
